Community Incentive Program

Making a difference

Community Incentive Program

Unique to Glynn Finance are our core values and commitment to community. At inception the founder and chairman, Richard Glynn devised a strategy to enable communities to receive a minimum of ten per cent of all up-front fees paid to Glynn Finance.

The program offers incentives to a nominated kindergarten, school, and sporting club or not for profit entity, as listed on www.acnc.gov.au website.

The commission paid to the community entity is scalable, on a per annum basis, whereby the upfront commission paid increases on the volume of loans written per year.

The incentive is then provided to the community entity to help our Mortgage Brokers to communicate Glynn Finance lending and mortgage products to their networks.

Mortgage Brokers receive training and ongoing professional development in this training module to ensure they maximise the benefits that the program offers.

Corporate Social Responsibility

Real change for real people

Corporate Social Responsibility

Glynn Finance is strongly committed to our corporate social responsibility and seeks Mortgage Brokers who share these core values.

We believe that Mortgage Brokers that are connected to their community will understand and share our core values:

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) refers to business practices involving initiatives that benefit society. A business's CSR can encompass a wide variety of tactics, from giving away a portion of a company's proceeds to charity, to implementing "greener" business operations, to embracing broader social conscience.
